great staff but some improvements needed

The staff member who checked us in, Shelly Lynn, made our arrival warm and welcoming. The exercise room featured a spacious layout and quality equipment, perfect for keeping fit while traveling. Breakfast offered an impressive variety, and the dining area was impeccably clean. The city view from our room added a lovely touch to our stay.

We had a lovely 2-night stay in a King suite! The shower pressure was impressive, and I loved having a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast spread was a great way to start our day!

This hotel suits me perfectly with its friendly staff, free wi-fi, and indoor pool. They helped my elderly parents during our first stay, which I still remember. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay!

This was just an excellent fit for a brief sojourn in St John's with good value for money. The breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety that made mornings more enjoyable. Make sure to wake up early for breakfast as it shuts down at 9:30!

The King Room was really nice! Very spacious and the bed was super comfy. Plus, had a microwave and mini fridge, which was really handy. The bathroom was great too, loved the big shower and awesome water pressure. Definitely felt clean and cozy throughout our stay. The only thing that could've been better was if there was a kettle for tea. But overall, it was a solid room!

I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from dining options and close to Pippy Park, which is perfect for a weekend stroll amidst beautiful views. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Anglican Cathedral without any hassle.

Great family getaway!

Stayed here for 5 nights with the fam and it was super nice! The free breakfast was yummy and saved us some cash. The pool area is fun but wow, it gets loud with all the kids. Also, loved that the mall was just a quick walk away. Definitely coming back!
